Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Automator Apps Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by Automator Apps, LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Approval

Participation in the Program is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason. You'll most likely be approved, we just have an approval system to avoid spam sites.

2. Affiliate Links & Referrals

Affiliates may promote our apps using their unique referral links provided through the affiliate dashboard.

Commissions are earned only on qualifying referrals that:

  • Install the app via the affiliate link
  • Remain active and in good standing
  • Are not fraudulent, self-referrals, or abuse of the Program

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates, payout schedules, and qualifying events are defined within the affiliate dashboard.

We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, including commission rates and eligibility rules, at any time. We are affiliates with other apps and services ourselves and know how important it is to have a reliable program, and intend to keep it as is.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Misrepresent the app's functionality or pricing
  • Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
  • Engage in spam, coupon abuse, or trademark bidding without permission
  • Impersonate the Company or claim an official partnership

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are involved.

6. Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
