How to Connect Shopify to Amazon

If you have an Amazon Seller Central account and inventory available for Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment then you can automatically fulfill your Shopify orders with your Amazon inventory.

Quick Steps

1. Install Order Automator app to connect your Shopify store to Amazon, sync inventory, create Amazon orders, and update tracking information in Shopify.

2. In Order Automator go to Integrations page > Amazon then follow the steps to connect an Amazon marketplace.

3. After authorizing connection, a location called FBA [country] | Order Automator is automatically created.

4. For any products you want fulfilled by Amazon, go to the product's admin page in Shopify and assign the new FBA location to that product.

5. Back in Order Automator, confirm the SKU Map and Shipping Map are good as default, or edit if necessary.

6. Enable the feature. Now inventory will start syncing and you can request fulfillment on Shopify orders.

7. Go to Shopify Settings > Shipping and Delivery. Make sure the new location is included in any relevant shipping profiles (if Shopify didn't add it automatically, add it to the profiles you want to show available to customers).

8. If you want fulfillment requests to happen automatically, go to Order Automations > Auto Fulfill in Order Automator. A new Fulfill Rule was automatically created for you when you enabled the Amazon feature, either enable that or modify it to match the orders you want fulfilled.

Unbranded packing
Most Amazon marketplaces have these options available (you'll see them in the UI after step 2):

• Ship packages in blank boxes
• Block Amazon Logistics as a shipping carrier

Use these options to ship without Amazon branding, for example if you're fulfilling orders that came from Walmart marketplace.
