How to Connect Shopify to Amazon
If you have an Amazon Seller Central account and inventory available for Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment then you can automatically fulfill your Shopify orders with your Amazon inventory.
See the Amazon feature for Order Automator to see which Amazon marketplaces have MCF available.
Quick Steps
-
Install Order Automator app to connect your Shopify store to Amazon, sync inventory, create Amazon orders, and update tracking information in Shopify
-
Go to the Auto Fulfill page, Amazon tab in the app
-
Connect your Amazon marketplace
-
For any products you want fulfilled by Amazon, add the new FBA location to that product's inventory in the product admin page
-
Confirm the SKU Map and Shipping Map are good as default, or edit if necessary
-
Enable the feature
-
Check the Fulfillment rules tab and confirm the fulfillment rule to automatically request fulfillment (you can edit or create a new one)
-
Go to Shopify Settings > Shipping and Delivery to make sure the new location is included in your shipping profile. If not, add that
Notes
For marketplaces where it's available, you'll see additional options:
- Ship packages in blank boxes
- Block Amazon Logistics as a shipping carrier
Use these options if you need to block Amazon branding, for example if you ship orders that came from Walmart marketplace.
