We just reached 100 reviews for Order Automator! 🥳

This unlocked a new section on the app listing page:

Merchants highly praise the app for automating tasks and value its customization, user-friendly interface, and easy setup

Breaking down the summary

I think it would be fun to break down each sentence and give some insights. Yes, I am excited about this. 😃

Merchants highly praise this app for automating tasks such as order confirmations, tagging, and multi-location fulfillment, including Amazon FBA integration.

  • First, feeling grateful for high praise! (thanks everyone who left reviews)
  • Good summary of the most popular features
  • Saving people time is the main goal of the app, cool to see people showing appreciation for the automations

They value its customization, user-friendly interface, and easy setup.

  • We've always been big on doing customizations for people. Solving problems is Order Automator's middle name.
  • As the app architect, I've always tried to make things simple and easy to use in the app. Nice to hear that's coming across. Easy breezy 😎

The customer service team is noted for their quick, responsive support and ability to implement new features on request.

  • Customer service is key. It's also just good ol' fun to make people happy and have positive interactions
  • We try really hard to give the best service possible and give good, quick solutions
  • We go out of our way to solve people's unique challenges
  • We continually evolve our systems to improve the user experience, lessening the need for support, but are always right there to provide it when needed

Merchants report significant improvements in order processing efficiency, time and cost savings, and enhanced focus on strategic activities and customer service.

  • We love saving people time!
  • I recently had a conversation with a friend about the concept of time in our lives, and how it's the most valuable resource. It gets more valuable the older you get, and can't be replaced.
  • People and companies of all sizes use our apps, from solo artists to corporations. Everyone gets a different type of value for the app... but fun for me I like to imagine the small business owner, or solo artist using our app to improve their workflow and save time doing repetive tasks, being able to focus more on growing the biz, spending time with family, or making more cool stuff for the world.

Customizations are a big deal

This has always been a foundation of the app: people can request a modification or new functionality, and we consider every single request.

Many of these requests turn into public features or improvements in functionality.

I was a Shopify store owner for 7 years, used lots of apps myself. I remember the feeling of being bummed that a slight modification couldn't be made to achieve the workflow I was looking for. I want our community of app users for Order Automator and Product Automator to always be stoked, never bummed. I and my team try our best to make it happen when people have a request. ✊

New features are always coming

Lots of new features are in the pipeline. Actually right now we have at least 5 beta features that people use on request, soon to be included fully into the UI.

We also have some cool new features coming soon that do more than just automate tasks... they generate more engagement from our user's customers in their stores.

Our feature requests sheet is always growing, and we're always implementing requests from there. Users ask for what they want, we deliver solutions.

Common Use Cases will always be expanded

Here's a checklist of common use cases for Order Automator to improve your Shopify workflow.

This has turned out to be a useful guide for both brand new users + people that have used the app for years.

We will always be updating that as we learn more ways people use the app and what gives them value.
